Burke Pushman started out his career in video at the Connecticut School of Broadcasting with a focus in Video Editing (AVID) and Audio Production.

Following school he accepted a position with AccuWeather INC and relocated to Centre County, PA. During his three years at AccuWeather his position covered all aspects of TV production from Studio Operation, Studio Construction, Video Editing, Camera Operator, Transmission Operator and Master Control Operator. In addition Burke had spent countless hours training under the Video Engineer. Some of AccuWeather’s Affiliate networks Burke has done work for include: Fox, Bloomberg (US/UK), ABC, ESPN, Travel Channel, The Bill O’Reilly Show, Orange (UK) and Al Jazeera.




Burke’s department at AccuWeather pumped out over 600 videos a day for local channels and web broadcast. Aside from day to day operations Burke was the Producer for the weekly Astronomy Segment which is a weekly video segment rich in self created motion and static graphic design all of which was shot, designed and edited by Burke. Seasonal weather related “tips” segments and daily breaking weather news videos were also created under the same circumstances by Burke. Examples of these videos can be seen in the broadcast tab.




After a 3 year stretch with AccuWeather INC, Burke accepted a position with the ECFMG as a Video Control Room Operator where he currently is employed full-time operating cameras and DVR’s for the Clinical Skills Step 2 Exam.

Aside from his day job Burke is a Owner, Cinematographer and Editor for Cineology® Video and Multimedia. Burke puts his experience to work shooting and editing Commercials, Events, Product Demonstrations, Concerts and Sports all of which can be viewed in the above tabs.

Aside from all of the work Burke also finds time to work on his Motion Picture and Television Degree with a focus in Cinematography from the Academy of Art University.
